Landschaften,
Orte an denen ich mich vollständig und gleichzeitig absolut nichtig fühle, sind meine Inspirationsquellen. Orte, die persönliche Geschichte bergen, Orte an denen die Willkürlichkeit unseres Seins (Geburtsort, Religionszugehörigkeit, Regierungsform, Geschlecht usw.) fühlbar wird.
Meine Bilder sind Orte der Transformation, verbergen Schrecken, Vergänglichkeit und sollen doch immer wieder an die Verbundenheit aller Menschen untereinander un der Natur erinnern.
Landscapes,
Places where I feel complete and at the same time absolutely void are my sources of inspiration. Places that harbor personal history, places where the arbitrariness of our existence (place of birth, religious affiliation, form of government, gender, etc.) becomes tangible.
My pictures are places of transformation, conceal horror, transience and yet are always intended to remind us of the connection between all people and nature.
